NON-ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY Any reservation cancelled after 4pm on the day of arrival will be charged a non-arrival charge of the first nights accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to release other accommodation booked for future nights and part of the same reservation. Please ensure that a cancellation number is received in order to confirm that the reservation has been released. PET POLICY Guide Dogs are welcome. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIME Our check in time is strictly from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Our departure time is by 12.00am on the day of departure. For guests wishing to store luggage, a secure store is provided on level 1, adjacent to Reception. Luggage storage facilities are for in-coming guests only and with regret luggage can not be stored after the departure time. Children under 5 years old are not accepted.
